These Terms of Service ('Terms') govern your use of SubmIQ, a resume formatting and tailoring platform for staffing agency recruiters, provided by SubmIQ ('we,' 'us,' or 'our'). By creating an account or using SubmIQ, you agree to these Terms.
1. Description of Service
SubmIQ helps staffing agencies format and tailor candidate resumes for job submissions. The platform offers two modes: Format Only, which restructures and visually standardizes a resume without changing its content, and Tailor to Job Order, which reorganizes and rephrases existing resume content to align with a specific role. SubmIQ does not fabricate experience, skills, or qualifications that are not already present in the original resume.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Agency administrators are responsible for managing access for other users on their account.
3. Subscription Plans and Billing
SubmIQ offers paid subscription plans billed monthly through Stripe. Plan pricing, credit allowances, and overage rates are listed on our pricing page and may be updated from time to time; we'll provide notice of material pricing changes. Credits are consumed each time a resume is formatted. If your monthly credit allowance is exhausted, additional usage may be billed as overage at your plan's rate, where enabled by your agency administrator. You may cancel your subscription at any time; your plan will remain active through the end of your current billing cycle.
4. Free Trial
New agencies receive a limited number of free trial credits to evaluate SubmIQ. No credit card is required to start a free trial.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use SubmIQ to fabricate candidate qualifications, misrepresent a candidate's experience, upload content you don't have the right to use, or attempt to interfere with, reverse-engineer, or abuse the platform or its underlying AI systems.
6. Your Content
You retain ownership of the resumes, job orders, and other content you upload to SubmIQ. By using the platform, you grant us the limited right to process that content, including via third-party AI providers, solely to provide the formatting and tailoring services you request. We do not use your content to train AI models.
7. Intellectual Property
SubmIQ and its underlying technology are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, branding, or proprietary software beyond what's necessary to use the service as intended.
8. Disclaimers
SubmIQ is provided 'as is.' While we apply a no-fabrication standard to Tailor to Job Order outputs, you are responsible for reviewing all formatted resumes before submitting them to clients or job orders. We do not guarantee that formatted or tailored output will be error-free or perfectly suited to every role or industry.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SubmIQ and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including damages related to candidate submissions made using SubmIQ output.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using SubmIQ and cancel your subscription at any time.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the 'Last updated' date above when we do, and material changes will be communicated where appropriate.
